Deposit Policy for premade custom 3D & Flat art

To ensure the best service and to cover the cost of materials for custom-made flat nails, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will secure your appointment and cover the creation of your custom nails.

 

Key Details:

• Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers the preparation and materials for your custom flat nails.

• Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment, we will provide you with the custom 3D/flat nail art items that were prepared, but the deposit will not be refunded.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your new time. The deposit will transfer to your rescheduled appointment.
